The role of the Event Management is to ensure the smooth running and successful management of the actual event. Event Management personnel are directly involved with the management and coordination of speakers, budget, venue, suppliers, delegates, database, and signage.
Key areas of this function are pre-event, on-site and post event co-ordination.
