All managers have started at the executive level, therefore understanding first hand the hurdles and challenges faced by a new team member.

Once you reach management level, you will have training in management and job specific skills development. This training takes place in many different formats. Our internal training team visits offices regularly to run on-site management training with small groups of both new and existing managers, and these workshops cover key areas such as recruitment, retention, coaching, training, performance measurement, leadership skills, team building and time management & organisation skills.

We also run regional courses where all managers of each division will meet to network, attend workshops and learn new strategies and techniques to apply to their daily roles. These courses take place in 5 star venues across the globe, and are an ideal opportunity to escape from the office and refresh and re-energise oneself.

Although we use external trainers as well as the internal training team to train, we also frequently use our own Directors to run training sessions, which reflects the organic nature of the company.

he benefits are that in this unique organisation, it is our Directors who know the process the best, and so prove to be the most successful facilitators. The internal training division offers 'Train the Trainer' workshops to help develop senior management's skills in training, so that they can deliver effective presentations.
